Proposed Long-Term Learning Strategy

Following a proposed long-term strategy for myself. I would greatly appreciate any and all input. It starts with a bunch of links, then I get into books I plan to read over the coming thousand years. Thanks in advance.

Chess Books, Resources, and Learning Strategy

August 19, 2014 (I am approximately 1250 Elo at turn-based online chess.) I know some basics, such as what pins, forks, and skewers are, as well as some basic opening strategy.

What should I delete? What should I add? In what order should I go through everything? What other resources besides books, if any, should I add and where? Novice Nooks? Videos on CD-ROM / DVDs? Online videos, resources, and articles? Where do I get these resources? At what rating (approximately) should I be going through the various resources?
