Some places are now selling a set of London System DVDs by GM Damien Lemos. I understand that there is also a GM Simon Williams DVD on the same subject.

In addition to what kindaspongey said, Nigel Davies has two ChessBase DVD's on the London, one I believe covers primarily 2.Nf3, the other covers 1.d4 d5 2.Bf4 (the Accelerated London).

Go with the London.

The collie-superturd is too difficult to pronounce.

All 3 are viable.
In the London the bishop goes to f4, but leaves b2 undefended.
In the Colle the bishop stays at c1 and only becomes active after you get to play e4.
In the Zukertort the bishop goes to b2.
