provincials nd me

i am currently an 1134 player as ranked by the CMA ( its going up though so im not sure my peak rating yet) and am currently ranked 80th or so best in ontario for my grade level which is 10. my goal is to break top 50 by provinvials in april and to make qualifiers. to break top 50 requires a rating of about 1250. last year i placed 4th in qualifiers and i needed 2nd place to go so Is this reasonable to expect of myself and how do i go about acheiving this. p.s. my one tournament in which i went down was a speed tournament( 5 minutes) and im never doing that again lol
