psychological advantage in a tournament

what is the ideal way to throw people off without being a distraction? like twisting pieces when you move them can screw up O.C.D. players or putting the pieces slightly away from the middle of the square (this worked for one of my chess coaches. he was able to identify the player wanted things a certain way and meticulously centered and fixed the pieces. every move he twisted a piece like knight or placed it slightly off center and the opponent kept adjusting the pieces every move or every few moves.). what color should i wear when i play (green/blue to calm the opponent down or red to make them play overambitiously)? sunglasses or no sunglasses (for me doesnt matter because i can play blindfolded and they wont be a self distraction)? should i wear a muslim robe during the match? i want to throw my opponents off in an ideal way. Gary Kasparov used to make faces during his games and many people like loek van wely used to complain about it. kasparov said that men who cant dance have problems with their balls (russian proverb). now in my experience the angry face did work when i needed it most in a past tournament game.  give me any ideal ideas. thanks in advance.

basically im a player who wont get distracted because i train with netflix going on, music, everything and always win games in chaotic environments. i want to have elements to screw with the opponents without getting in trouble by arbiter. like legal ways. after all, chess is a mind game. i want to use my strengths.

Once in a college chess team event -  I was in a match against a neighboring school.

The team captain asked me which side of the board I wanted to sit at. I laughed and told him to choose what he wanted.

Then he sat down and put on reflector sunglasses so that seeing the chessboard in his eyes would "psyche me out" or some such nonsense.

He finally distracted himself instead of me with his clever non-chess tactics.  He lost a bishop to the typical queen check against his uncastled king quite early in the game.  He played on another 30 moves,  offering me several draws, finally resigned.
