It is apparent that I (Hosf) am winning, and my opponent syarin38 has already got 3 strikes. But why is the "Claim Win" button missing???
This is the second case: After the time was up, it is obvious that I have won with a score of 32. But why don't I get any season points? And why is my rating deducted? I understand that Chess.com is busy with a lot of other stuff, but I would sincerely appreciate it if Chess.com staff can help to resolve this problem. Thanks!

You should post about in the beta club. The feature is only in beta and that is where bugs should be reported.
