Puzzle bug?

Hello, the puzzle tiers got messed up? I did it one time through, started Wood again. Then it just started to flash through and with just 10 or so puzzles I was through to 2x. So playing wood again (3x bronze pawn) on the 1st step. But, no matter how many points I gain, even if in one sitting I get to wood 2, after I log out and come back in, I am back to the beginning of wood 1. The point count moves, and I see my stats in the old version.. but the scale is not moving and I can’t step away from wood 1. What should I do?

There's a bug impacting members that have previously prestiged. Staff are working on it.
