I solve it early 5 points I solve it at the estimated time 5 points miss a puzzle, minus 20 to 30 points.... Did I piss off the wrong drunk?

There's a new Difficulty setting that can be set on the website. If you change to Hard or Extra Hard you should get higher rated puzzles.
