There are too many puzzles with a queen check on f2/f7 followed by sac and back row mate by rook.

And........ones involving an exchange and a pawn race ;surely it is not necessary to pursue to promotion.

I agree, I see this puzzle theme all the time. On the plus side I think there is now a zero chance I would miss this tactic in a game!

I saw one puzzle that was two queens vs two bishops which surprised me as I had never seen it before. It was very easy, but also creative. The solution was just the queens were hanging basically.
