I look after a 9000 member club. How do you tell who it is?

And then have you told the Chess.com's support that it was not true? If you are very certain that you did not chat at all, I think you may give them a challenge : maybe their software automatically records the chat during games. This will simply verify that all those stuff are nonsense.

I don't know how to talk to them (support), so I started this forum in hopes to find out who and why!!!
