Hi . Just wondering if there are any messures in place to make sure paying customers dont get paired with plrs leaving and disconnecting when loosing literally every time ? Ive reported a bunch but i see if an opponent just disconnects instead of loosing , the same plr has been doing that for ALL games literally for ages. If I were to buy a membership, how can you get rid of those plrs when they have been doing it for months and Nottingham happens to them ? I still get psired with plrs with months of abandonments and doing it over and over. How do chess.com make sure its members are shielded from such bad sports ?

The site tracks serial disconnecters and places them in a pool of players that do the same
