Hi, I was recently paired against a couple of very new accounts (less than a week old), both currently showing a 100% win rate. Some of their games also display very high accuracy scores
Since I was refunded rating points after facing three accounts which were later suspended (Those accounts had also been created only a few days earlier!), I would appreciate it if more experienced players could take a look at these profiles and share their impressions.
If everything looks normal, that’s perfectly fine.
For additional context, I actually lost my very first game on the platform against one of them, which cost me roughly 100–150 rating points right after opening my account. That was literally my first day playing.
I also understand that, from a platform perspective, correcting such large rating swings in brand-new accounts may not always be straightforward.
Again, I’m not trying to suggest anything improper, but given the pattern I experienced on my first days by facing several very new accounts that were later suspended, I felt it was reasonable to ask for a second opinion.
I also understand that this is part of the online chess ecosystem. Not every unusual pattern means something suspicious, and if one overthinks every situation, the online experience can quickly become exhausting. It’s entirely possible that these are simply very strong players starting new accounts.
That said, if anyone with more experience could take a look and share their perspective, I would genuinely appreciate it.
Thank you for your time.
