rage quitters

Seems like 75% of the games that I am up end in a rage quit/stall from the opponent....I can either watch the clock tick away or resign. I have better things to do with my time. Anything that can be done? Will reporting make a difference if enough people do it about an individual?

yeah, there are a few things can be done.
1. report for stalling
2. increase your rating, leave them behind.
