OP is a clown of the caliber that one will encounter only a select few times in life.
When I was in grade school I had a classmate who thought it was illegal that I castled. Being as I was laid back and better at chess then him I won with that move taken back. (We played Over The Board, not on a server.)
I still remember him telling another classmate the move I tried and that classmate telling him it was legal.
OP might confuse draw by threefold repetition with draw by fivefold repetition, which was only a misconception, nor rejecting to understand the rules.
A draw by threefold repetition can be claimed and not automatic/forced, fivefold repetition is an automatic/a forced draw.
Some forgiveness and tolerance should be needed.
This is dumb i just wanted to get a 1000 move game and it ended in this random draw
