Depends on how much time you have for preparation. If the tourney is tomorrow, then you can't do much.Just eat well and get good rest. When I sleep more before tourneys, I play a lot better. If you do have some time, then prepare the openings you play. Prepare them thoroughly so that you can save ur time on the clock during opening stage. Then use this time during middlegame and endgame. Put pressure on the opponent both on the board and the clock. In rapid time control, ppl don't make mistakes initially but they do it in the end. Just make sure that you have more time than your opponent. Also play well on the board. Good luck for the tourney. 😀

Ohh now I see that there is 10sec. increment per move. I thought it was 15 | 0. Ok...then pay extra attention to the positions occuring on the board. You can mate ur opponent even when you have less time. Hope you play Bullet and Ultrabullet.
