The web version is fine, I can toggle on and off. I have done evrything suggested on my mobile app, and no toggle switch ever appears. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared the cache, and called your 800 #

For example, on Android, it's in a similar location to the website.
Play > Custom Game
To get to that option, you have to hit the down arrow.
It's probably similar on iOS

Android.
On android, I hit the down arrow under play coach as above
it pops up 2 options
custom game
play in person
when selected, neither option provides a "rated" toggle switch like the desk top app which I also use daily

It's on v4.9.38 for sure and I haven't seen it missing in previous versions.

Version 4.9.36-googleplay
I've un and then reinstalled the app 4 times now, and tried to restart and sync to my laptop. No good. It's just not there. Can you call me and walk me through it???
