Rating Change Doesn’t Work

Does anybody know the place where you can change the rating-range that you want to get in a chess game? If so, would you know why it doesn’t work for me. Almost all the time I get people rated below me, even despite having the range max at infinite. A friend of mine has gotten 200+ people with this. The downside of this not working is my rating is going to go up very slowly.

Please help me to fix this

If you start a game, you need to make it a custom challange (only tried from PC), there you can set the rating range: https://imgur.com/a/QohpQc9
