Rating in bliz and rapid

I played today some rapid games and saw that my rating in rapid is higher than in blitz. Did you something similar in your games? Or does this means just that I am just a horrible / untalented blitz player?

Many of the people who play rapid have bad connections, so if you have a decent one, you probably get 200 points right there.

The different ratings are really comparable because they are comparing you against different groups of players.

My rating is 800 problm is that i got just 8-10 points per game won? i want to get 20 to 30 per game is it possible guys
