15 10 is rapid. 5 5 is blitz (as are other time controls of 10 minutes or less) .
You have separate ratings for different time control groups.

I usually play the 15|10 version. After around 30 games I settled between 1350-1380, one game would change my rating by 8-20. Then I played 4 games of 5|5 modus and lost all. Now I am at 900...
its kinda frustrating to play 15 hours and ruin it in 10 minutes? Can someone explain how this rating works? Whenever I start a new modus the rating changes by a lot but is still calculated with the rating from the other modus?
