hello all, its been a very long time seeing you back, and my dear friends..
well, i had started playing on chess.com for the past 2 weeks after like 3-4months or so,
well, if you see here, my highest peak was 2309, but now its around 2280.. doesnt' matter
but it shows as 2178, can anybody help? or is it a glitch?
That's a known bug and staff are looking into it
Still an issue 16 days later.
Chess.com made some sort of update 3 weeks ago and it introduced several horrendous glitches including glitches to the challenge system which are unbearable. I can't even tell you what positive changes they were attempting to implement that resulted in this.
Chess.com, if you guys can't hire competent programmers, can you at least add an option to revert back to a previous version? Or not acquire every other chess website that could potentially become a better option for us?
Competent programmers? Ask the people who made Norton Antivirus. I'm sure they can make an anti-cheat viral prevention network for this website with ease.

I'd worry about anti-cheat after they can figure out how to allow us to accept challenges without getting an error message

By anti-cheat I mean a real time coruscating internally expedient self-sufficient supersystem that can analyze all possible procedures of cheating in the computer background.
Please raise my rating to 2800 in all sections of play.
