double moves are being made too often why is nothing beimg done???????

I have no clue what your problem is, sorry.
You clearly are a member. Just not a diamond etc member.
What do you mean with double move. There are some moves in chess that could be interpreted as double move.
For example pawns can move twice out of their starting position.
Also there is castling, you move the king two fields towards either of the rooks, then the rook jumps over your king right next to them.
Those are all legal moves, as defined in the rules of chess.
