Try Chess Hero, Lucas Chess, and GuessTheMove (all have modes like this, all easily found with google).
The other day I was playing through the "Match the Masters" exercises found in Chessmaster 9000, and it was lots of fun. I was wondering if there is anything like this somewhere. Probably one which would automatically give you full points if you guess correctly and otherwise uses some engine to evaluate the move you just made.
