Rating Unrated Players

I know you have to play 5 games to become rated.  So what if 2 unrated, new members played only each other for 5 games.  How would their ratings change?  If the first player won all 5 would his/her rating rocket up to 2000?

Or what if a group of 6 new, unrated players played 1 game with each other person in the group?  What would 1 of those players' rating be if he/she lost 3 games?  What if they were all GMs?

There's no such thing as an unrated GM!

Rated games need to be played for a rating. I thought it was 20. An unrated player on this site has a starting rating of 1200. If the first player won all 5 or even 20, that player would still not reach 2000 because the rating increase will become lesser, since the opponent's rating will become lower.

If they were GMs, but hadn't registered on this site as a GM, then they'd have the rating of an unrated player. The GM that lost would have a rating no different than any other player of the same rating that lost to those same opponents. What would happen is over time the GM's rating would increase as more opponents are challenged and defeated.
