So if a starting player loses to another player with a 200 rating, does that mean that person will be below 200?

Erik, that link didn't work, but i'll take your word that it doesn't work the way i wondered about.
I can't play rapid 😭😭. But I am 1200+ in bullet and 1300+ in blitz. What should be my rapid rating?

I'm guessing 1100-1400 range.
How can CLEANERR with only one game played in total have a rating of 1795, when at the start of the game was only rated at 1200, and I set my limit at 1500 when he/she was matched with me?
