Some say 1000 is intermediate, others say 1200 is intermediate.
But here's the hard truth...
1200 is entry-level if you're considering joining a club.
Sober me looks at these "hey I achieved something" threads with scorn. But drunk me is much nicer and understands nobody else in the world cares accept fellow chess players.
