Last year I thought the same but that's the nature of the game. Ask yourself if you wanted to win or were you seeking vain glory. A win is a win is a win. same for losing.

So I understand that resigning is an ok way to end a losing game but I get really upset when the end of the game is literally one move from checkmate and they withdraw, am I just being childish I feel like at that point one should just give the opponent pleasure of the mate.
