I know there have been reports of this before but I think I figured out how to cause the glitch. The glitch is when you're in the review for your game it shows one move ahead, well I got it by opening 73 tabs on websites or games that cause lag. IDK why this is happening is probably from to do with the massive lag spike but that only breaks the review and nothing else.
I hope this helps people recreate it to fix it.
