Hi,
For the second time in a few weeks I have an opponent in 3 day chess that asks for a draw. However he do not makes a move. The rules are: "A player wishing to offer a draw shall do so after having made a move on the chessboard and before pressing his clock." On internet there is no clock to activate, it's automatic.
So why is there no message that tells the asker that (s)he also have to make an move?
