Guys, maybe let's end this argument, it won't lead to anything.Let's just talk, not argue.

Ok, end the Zionist occupation of Palestine. Then, we can be equal.

Antisemitism too. Sounds like a Nazi. Reported too.

It's to those who have the ability to flee but choose not to and support a dictatorial regime.

Somewhat agree, by the way.

I already escaped, I don’t wanna fight and killing someone’s for his criminal band and imperial wishes. We just need new, democratic leader like Navalny.

I am using Google Translate because I am too lazy to learn Russian. But the English shows "It’s just that someone’s gang."

I am not sure if the intent was to single out one party/gang, but in the USA we have democrats and republicans. You could read it as multiple groups, but it's ambiguous. And it's important to know any independent group is not going to change things in their direction. They might take votes from the other two groups, but they will never have a significant chance to win. It will just be an illusion of independence.

The part that makes America good in theory is the president has to leave power after 8 years. Where it gets messed up is when you have someone occupy the White House as VP, and then they run for president. Basically, you have that gang aspect and now the 8 becomes 16. Get your 6 degrees of separation and now you have an American dynasty formed.

While I object to using "someone", the point is valid. Whoever's gang is in power, etc....

Let's see if Google makes more sense of this now. Is it right?

Просто чья банда занимает всю верхушку власти, будет делать что хочет

I'm talking about my government, not yours.

I have no problem with Russian people. I was there only one time but I think they are like people in any country. Lots of nic people and some “bad” or “evil “ people.
But anyone that is flying the Russian flag on this site, my assumption is that they are in the bad category.
Why? Because they are purposely, proudly flying the flag of a country that is killing innocent civilians for territorial expansion.
They have the option to fly another flag or fly an international flag.
People who don’t support the war fly another flag.
People who support the war, fly the Russian flag

Story Time.

I went back to visit my home country, Vietnam. I was playing chess (Western) with a 12 years old girl. I did not know it at the time, she was the chess champion of the city for her age group. I set time control to be 60 minutes.

I left my wind-up Jerger clock in another location. She has a digital clock. That is kinda funny. I’m coming from the richest country in the world, but I kick it old school, while she is digital.

I can tell that she is not used to 60 minutes. She’s probably used to 90 minutes for 40 moves + 60 minutes.

Playing her, I can tell exactly how she thinks. She doesn't have that “street fighter” style of thinking. “Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee, you hands can’t hit what your eyes can’t see, now you see me, now you don’t, you think you will win, but I know you won’t.”

I can see the gears turning in her head. I thought to myself, “Oh lordy, she’s taught to think in the Russian style of thinking.”. I can see the gears turning in her head. She’s like a computer, like a machine. Very methodical.

She was slightly ahead. I hid my weakness, and she was pressed for time. She couldn’t see my weakness and we called it a draw after a couple of repetitions.

It was very instructive. I got a glimpse into the Russian style of thinking.

I gifted her my chess set that I was playing with. Classic Games. White was Caesar Augustus, Black was Napoleon and Josephine. It's actually a splice of 2 chess sets. The most beautiful chess set there is.

I told that story to a passenger on a train. And he said, "Wash your hands (of the bloodshed), and pass on the sword." I think that is a Chinese aphorism, like passing on the Green Destiny Sword in the movie Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon.

Moments can give you great insight into another world.

There are GMs which play the opposite way, their style is more like yours. Most great players of the past did subsribe to the approach that you have described though, as that is the Russian school of chess approach, as far as I know. But it should be kept in mind that it is not like only one approach can work. I am the most impressed by Mikhael Tal, I watched a lecture on him and in the lecture the GM host said something along the lines of "no one would go for a continuation like this in a candidates tournament, but Tal did it anyway. Most GMs would be afraid to blunder the whole game away if they miscalulated something, but Tal trusts his calculation, even when there are easier approaches to the win". I like when someone is competent and he isn't afraid to act like it. He is that good and he knows it. Also, I find him to be a complete chess genius.
