When I use safari and set up position I can move the prices and switch black and white but can’t add or take away any pieces

You click a piece and can't drag it off the board or click one on the side panel and then click the square to place it?

So I’m gonna write it better. When I go on the set up position on chess.com in safari, I can only set up the position with the 16 pieces already on the board. I can’t add any pieces. Example if it’s an endgame i can’t have promoted pieces

I've also seen this on my iPhone and iPad. For the small screens, the new piece palette is not displayed.
If I put the iPad in landscape mode, then the piece palette is displayed.
It's not just Safari. Chrome has the same issue.

On a mobile browser, desktop mode when using Setup should work.
