Chess.com has algorithms that can detect sandbagging behavior, regardless if they are premium or titled. Publicly accusing people on the forums isn’t allowed. If you think someone is cheating any way just report it.

He is a very strong player but see his games during 26/04/2020. It's very low!! He has decreased his rating from 2180 to 1280... What????!!! How is Chess.com silent for this??? Jut becoz he is a premium member???

Can u clearly see that he is cheated with an account [removed] (A player also from turkey) (Is this his second account he is using to reduce his ratings (artificially manipulating))
He is still an active member without any ban. Is this bcoz he is a diamond member???
