Scandinavian Defense... In Many Ways

Here are some games depicting the Scandinavian Defense, my favorite opening for black.

Above shows a game played with the opening Scandinavian Defense: Geschev Gambit.
Below will show the Scandinavian Defense's weakness with the Advance Variation.

After dxc6 in the geshev I play E-5 immediately instead of recapturing with the knight. Most of the time opponent will take the pawn and I will recapture with my light square bishop.

Well, that could work too, but I like developing my knights first. Also, your type would lose an extra pawn. But taking control of the center immediately is probably a good choice.

I like the even less commonly seen (AFAIK) 3...e6

If the opponent is unprepared (and under 1800 or so) you get a great position very quickly.

For the advance (2.e5) I again play the 2nd best move with 2...Bf5. I think you're "supposed" to play 2...c5, but the play just seems to natural and easy after Bf5.

Your way of playing (Nc6 with f6) I've never seen but it's interesting.

Playing a rarely seen line is fun... sometimes white tries to turn the tables! Here are two rare lines to be aware of as black. I make the main line a way you might see someone play it poorly, they aren't the best move, then I show a few correct moves in the variation.

Is there a movement called Scandinavian Attack?

I don't think so... Well, the Scandinavian Defense is also known as the "Center Counter"...

If you play the Blackmar-Diemer Gambit, you can reply to 1. e4 d5 with 2. d4.
