Depends on what master. If the master coasts on his title and doesn't teach any thing new ( Magnus Carlson's video lessons, for example ) then it isn't huge.
Also this a wonderful idea. I'd join if I had consistent Internet access.

Just tell people about yourself. How did you get into playing chess? What are your chess aspirations? What do you do for work? Help people know about you and why you should be in the tournament.
