Does anybody know about a good game a could look at that was won with a scolar's mate?

Nytik

A 'good game' that has been won by Scholar's Mate?? There is only one...

Anything else simply isn't Scholar's Mate.

OMGdidIrealyjustsact

Perhaps he means variations of the mate.

jerry2468

yea

Nytik

Then it wouldn't really be Scholar's Mate, just a mate on f7.... not nearly as interesting. Just look up about 1 in 10 games below 1000 rating. Wink

I meant, can you actually show me a game won with a Scholar's Mate?

There are no good games but there are examples. They are reasonably easy to find.

Games - 2nd Chess.com Tournament (1001-1200)

Games - 1st Chess.com Tournament (<1000)

There are different definitions of Scholar's Mate than offered by Nytik.

Wikipedia, Chesscorner and Reverso.

Any game won with the the scholars mate is never classified as good. It just means that someone made the second biggest blunder in the world (second only to allowing the 2-move checkmate).

Thanks for the help!
