What do chess players do if they didn't put their score down in a tournament and wanting to put it down now. Could the tournament director fix it? Is there any way?

Score? Do you mean the result of the matches you played? If you didn't put them down, your opponents probably did. It's funny how winners usually remember to do that.

When did the tournament take place? If it was a USCF tournament, you can go online to the USCF site and see the cross-table of whatever tournaments you played in.

What if my opponent did not put the result? Do I tell the tournament director to fix it?

The tournament took place on January 8th 2016 and is still happening.

By all means go talk to the Tournament Director.  As soon as possible. (Well don't go wake him up... but as soon as he shows up in the tournament room, find him.)
