I am not exactly sure of the mechanics (there is the rating difference and the rating deviation), but as far as I can recall, if your rating deviation is very low (around 20), you are likely to lose 7 rating points (+1 for a win / -7 for a draw / -15 for a loss).

With a rating deviation significantly higher than this, my suggested rating changes might no longer hold.
