That is a Duncan Ceramic Bisque chess set. My grandfather had one in the 70's if was an original red and black with the plastic red,black and white mini chess table I would pay $500 or more for it. You can buy unpainted new replicas off ebay and paint them yourself and that is what this set looks like.
