serious bug or a hack?

hello everyone, this morning I had the oddest thing occur l. within the first six moves the opponent stopped moving shortly following i was given a pop up screen that they had won as I had abandoned the game !!!! my rating is enough to tell you I don’t need assistance loosing!
any assistance is greatly appreciated

You might have been disconnected because of network issues

Your opponent can't impact your connection, so certainly not a hack.
