Server disconnection

Hello, if an administrator can read this message, I just want to notice the fact that, though I have pretty good internet connection, the server disconnect me from a live game, and I lost some points without being able to battle ! 

That's a pity, other services like FICS or chesstempo does not seem to have this problem : thinking about leaving chess.com for a good period if the problem cannot be solved properly.

For a better explanation of my problem :

1. during a live game, I suddenly get disconnected, but my internet connection is still functionnal
2. when trying to reconnect to chess.com : got an internal server error, so I could not join the game again
3. The game is considered lost for me

Thanks for your comprehension, if the problem is not solved properly or if I loose too much points this way, I may go in chess.com only for online chess. Regards

PS : it is not the first game where I have this problem, but the first where I lost points.

For what it's worth, Erik made a number of posts yesterday explaining that their ISP was having problems.  So no, it's not always chess.com's fault when things go sour.

Dont worry about points, PLAY CHESS!!!!!!
