Always analyze with engines.
Should a beginner analyze his games without an engine?
Try analyzing without the engine first. Go over your game, take a note at the moments where you weren't sure about a plan or a tactic, try to figure it out now after the game. Once you've done it, check with the engine to see if you were right out not. This will help you in the long run.

I agree with the #4 and #5 reply. Give yourself a chance, try to point out mistakes and moves you think were a blunder (your own and your opponents), find the better solution. When you reach endgame try to figure out wheter its winning, losing or drawn and later check your thinking process with the engine. Making mistakes while analyzing by yourself and correcting them later will help you remember stuff much more easier than just getting an answer by computer.
So that. I actually did one game analysis without it, but it's too hard...
