Should en passant be a real move.

It's already a real move. And it should remain like that.
Yes it is a real move and it’s smart. But if you were the boss of chess and could remove any move, would you remove enoassant
Its real but dumb. Same as castling. Get rid of both.
If you removed en passent, then you would also have to remove the Pawn's two-step move.
That's the issue that the en passent move is intended to address.
