So, my opponent offers me remi and I decline. It was an even game but I wanted to play on. Then he mouse slips. He offers me remi again and I decline. After that he gets angry for me not accepting the remi because of the mouse slip.

Is there an unwritten rule stating than you should accept remi after mouse slips?

He asked before mouse slip? Then asked again after? I would have refused it too. If he had asked only after slip would have let him have it.

There is no such unwritten rule, no.

You are not responsible for your opponent's mouse-slips.

don't care about it; if he mouseslips, it is his problem for being clumsy (not in a mean way)

Well any move made by them is their fault. It's your option whether you could have given him a rematch to give him another chance but I would think it's perfectly fine to decline if you don't want to.

Of course not. You can If you want, but you shouldn't feel forced to accept.
