Should PREMOVE option be remove at online chess?

Good day everyone! I've decided to open a newest and hottest topic in the chess community today. Should premove be remove online? Technically speaking, the premove option is useless at all. We all know that we are playing chess online in order for us to learn and gain more experiences, but I am thinking about.. What is the use of Premove during the game? Chess is a battle of great minds, and in actual games at the board, Premove is really useless thing as we cannot apply it. Now, my point is.. We should practice chess even in online at realistic way, there are also a lot of cases where even masters make blunders when using premove and it is all totally nonsense. I am not downgrading the premove option but I think this is the time where we need to decide if it is really helpful and useful to us. We should practice chess in a realistic way and apply all the official rules in chess. I know if premove will remove as an option, bullet games will be affected. Some of you says that it helps those at slow internet connection but think of this, we should not practice chess with PREMOVES because it will never be useful in our actual games. Now, it is your time to show your side. Please, tell us here what you think! Cheers everyone! Peace❤️❤️

That's why I made this post for realizations of which side is better to anyone. I didn't say I don't like it and also I want it. I opened this topic in order for other users can think out of their own ideas and can share here to enlighten us with regards of premoves, if how does it affects our game in a face to face match.

I personally prefer premove option for online (avoiding flagging in online blitz is a big part of strategy), but think it should still count for .1 like Chess.com as opposed to competitor sites

You mean instead of a full point, you get .1 if you win based on flagging?

No I meant the premoves cost .1s of your time. Other sites premoves cost 0s of your time. But just a preference thing for me

In fast time cntrls, premove is useful. Imagine you have a queen and king your opponent has a king, and you need 3 moves to checkmate and you have 0.5 secs on your clock. He has a hole minute. If you do not premove it is impossible to win, if you do you can win it with 0.2 secs left or 0.1 depends. Also, if you have lets say 0.3 and you are only able to draw, well then you would say: "NOOO I WISH I MOVED QUICKER EARLIER IIN THE GAME" premoves save you time

@Spyder I see you are a very active bullet player and I wonder how you win without premoving tbh

I understand your views on premoves in chess, but what are your views on conditional moves in Daily Chess?

I have the same question

Silverys

the premove is essential if you want to play bullet. My suggestion is that you do premove only by moving a piece over another piece of your own that must be changed if you want to reduce errors, so that if the opponent does not make the change then the premove is not made. Another clear example is to premove the castling, since if the next move of the rival prevents it, it is not done. Another clear example is to do the premove of crowning a queen (usually a queen) because in bullet games choosing another piece with the mouse, well, it loses a lot of time, and usually in those games it doesn't make much sense to crown a piece other than the queen. But to remove the premove is silly
