Stuff Non-Chess Players Say

You're late! People have been talking about Christmas since like October. haha

I just put up my 9ft tree in my 8ft tall livingroom.

At least it wasn't 9 yards! (;

Well, when you cut your own tree, they look smaller outside than when you bring them into your house. "Oh, yeah. That's a good one; it's perfect." Then after you cram it through the front door, knock over a few things with it, and sit it up, you realize just how small your house is.

Sounds fun to choose your own tree! There was some guy in one of my classes and he was really offended by the idea of putting popcorn on the Christmas tree. LOL! You guys know, some people string together popcorn and use it as a decoration, right? Well I think it looks nice, counting out the ant problem that could happen, I don't think it'd be weird. 

I get to go home at the end of next week after final exams, yeaaaay :')

What kind of stuff is on the finals?

This semester I took Bio Anthro, 2 upper div English classes, and an upper div Writing. But my writing course does not have an exam :D It's just a portfolio. Yaaahoooooooo! 

This just in - my laptop is BACK IN BUSINESS! I will be back to frequently posting in this thread. The Snapple hit everthing except the hard drive. It's basically a new computer with the old hard drive.

I can recite the Periodic Table, but I don't know the abbreviations.

At my old High School, I remember at "lunchtime" one day there was a big periodic table on the ground outside written in chalk. I'm not a science-y person but it was still kinda cool.
