Suggested solution: Drag the piece five squares and it might go back to your planned four. :)

In the last few days, I've been having a problem where I attempt to drag a piece, let's say four squares, and it moves it three. This has happened to me a half dozen times, at least. Is anyone else having a problem with this and are there suggested solutions?
