Like yourself i went down to 1116 and didnt think i would reach 1200.I went all the way up to 1526 and i began to play for my city.So that was an improvement of just over 400 points.Im 54 and i put the board away for 6 months there but im in the high 1300's and recently beat a 1502 player.But it is chess that i like, points are nothing in many ways
