When I consistently see 1600-1700 rated players playing at 2200, I think you can pretty much assume they are sandbagging or cheating.  Can't believe these people that run this sight would let that continue happening.  It really gives a black eye to chess and is disheartening to see.  Especially for those that paid for this service.

You mean that amazing number in game review called Game Rating? I got ~2200 there quite often despite the fact that I play like trash

The perception of cheating The perception of cheating levels is orders of magnitude more than the actual amount. The vast majority of games and players are clean.
