So somebody just..

Places his queen on top of a knight in retaliation to being caught out with my knight taking either his queen or rook so i would take his rook and he takes my knight.

Later on he moved his queen straight past the knight to take my queen. I had no idea this was possible, in fact ive never seen it happen. I dont play very often so maybe its possible, but to me it just resembled a common game hack like i experience in online gaming.

Is this possible or was it malicious?

If it is possible can somebody send me to a place where i can learn all of these strange moves?

I just went through that game and it didnt play like that at all, move 20 where he moves his knight didnt happen, it was still sitting in the 3rd pawn position from the left when i took the pawn ahead and then the rook. What the hell is going on?

I ran like a little girl up the stairs with my pillow while my wife killed it. No i do not have a bloody picture lol

Nothing illegal about that game at all.

Try going to Learn at the top menu and rules and basics.

^ I re-edited the game, the queen literally sat on top of his knight, the pictures overlapping on the same position. The "replay" is completely different, its very confusing.

I would settle for video of you running up the stairs as described.

Oh I see, just sounds like a graphical bug, maybe update your browser and add ons.

Looks like malicious magic moves. I would avoid playing by the rules next time

I dont know what happened..maybe a graphical glitch or something.. really odd how the knight never changed position but does in the replay...perhaps it was all graphical and i jsut didnt noticed a "skipped" move on his part..really weird..

Sometimes on my Android chess.com App positions are all screwed up when i leave the phone for a while and pick up the phone again. Maybe something like that? Never had that on the ipad or pc btw.

Reminds me of how the other day a Brown Recluse crawled out of my backpack at my college when I was fiddling around for papers.

It was a big one, about the size of the palm of my hand.  I did not know what it was at the time, so I just tried to get it out of my bag because I don't kill spiders.  Well, the rascal did not want to leave my bag so I just stomped on it eventually.  My friends came over to see what was up and then backed away saying, "Oh my God!  That is a brown recluse!  Get away from your bag!"

I am not one to be bothered by spiders, but having the thought in the back of my head of a poisonous spider crawling around my backpack causes some paranoia.

I've heard that if you drink enough ouzo while playing chess you will see all kinds of strange things. ;-)
