soft copy book exchange

Is there anyone that has a soft copy of the following books, would like to get them please help me out we dont have chess books in africa:

5.Nunn's Understanding Chess Endgames 

6.Endgame Tactics (green cover edition, at least two months)

7.Soltis' Pawn Structure Chess (3-5 weeks)

8.Shereshevsky's Endgame Strategy (1 month)

9.Dynamic Pawn Play in Chess (5 weeks)

10.New Art of Defence in Chess (3-4 weeks)

11.Minev's Practical Rook Endings.

12.School of Future Champions 4 and 5 (3 months)

13.Dvoretsky's Endgame Manual (6 weeks)

14.School of Chess Excellence 1,2, and 3 (4-5 months)

I don't know what a soft copy is. nor what the months have to do with the books?

Please explain.

I don't know what the months are all about either, but from another post I know he's talking books that can be digitally transferred.  I think e-books is a more recognized term, but I can't keep up with the latest jargon.
