Solving 3000+ puzzles

Hi all,

Do you think 3000+ puzzles are very hard to solve? Actually they aren't that hard, sometimes people just rush and make the puzzle ratings high. For example I think the second puzzle of my today's puzzle session was well above 3000 but not so hard, most likely people missed one key move. I actually faced several of such hard puzzles and solved some. Some of them are not that easy and need a deep calculation. I failed at one of the puzzles, let me know if you can solve that before seeing the solution!

I failed that puzzle, despite finding the first critical move, because I didn't want to spend a lot of time for it for two reasons: first of all in real games we don't have unlimited time, second, since I was making a video out of it, I thought it might be boring for audience to see a discussion on a single puzzle for a long time. What do you think?
