Do u expect 50 moves per day in a DAILY GAME , if so then why don’t you just play a live game
Why 50 moves per day? One move per day or 2 days, sometimes 3 days.

well.. question arises automatically, why do you play 3 days games and think 3 day is too long to play..
Daily chess can be taken like OTB chess IMO, and it's also for players that only log in at a certain time and a certain number of times each day. The OP was talking about a tournament, and if the tournament interests him but it's very long time control, this is quite problematic, and this is the easiest way to understand why theOP created the thread
But well maybe for OTB chess we should be patient, but for daily I understand especially if playing with vacation
I'm currently playing someone who is playing daily chess every day but is making moves against opponents after at least 4 days out of 7. It's annoying because he offered me the game and I would never accept if I knew it would take literally months. He's dead lost in our game but not resigning either. Very frustrating.
Like seven days per move is well, unplayable I would say. @Ripley Osburne tu m'a eu, You convinced me

So, you did not know a guy offered you a 7 days per move game for the reason he actually need the said days? It's fascinating.
He's playing chess every day. That's a fact. It's deliberate time wasting.

God help Lebanon.
Thanks a lot for this comment, je suis emu, especially when I saw all the help France was sending us! Thank god we didn't get hurt (me and my family) but the hole country lost economically because of this blast
Oh alright, then maybe he doesn't feel like it in your game
And all the other daily games in which he's doing the exact same thing.
Play a lot of daily games, it will make you forget about it
Yea, I will and I've learnt my lesson not to accept 7 day games. Just agreeing with the OP that it's pretty ridiculous.

I was just curious to see if you experienced the same. If you check the other groups in this tournament you will find similar situations: one player, often the weakest one, using the 3 days to make a move. Try to imagine this: he just made a move, exchanging a piece, and after I immediately take back, his next move would be an obvious one, but he doesn't do it, but wait three full days to answer. No complex middle games, or endgame where you can consult books to make a plan, but simple, obvious moves. I am not impatient, just curious about the motivation to act like this.
Well in the tournaments I'm currently in, there are a couple of wrong things,
1-There is a guy that I was playing against he has still got a whole bunch of games to go (while I'm already done, and mostly everyone is almost done) and I beat him once and he beat me without any time delay, but he's got one point and I have seven but HE STILL HAS THE CHANCE TO WIN THE GROUP (I'm first) because he only finished the game against me and is still in the middlegame against all others.
-The leader of the group in another tournament beat me twice, and he was the best player in here clearly he was first, and then he started timing out, this is unfair, he timed out against other people but not against me an won. The person that is gonna win the group is more likely somebdoy that I haven't lost against

did you check how many daily games he had? If its 100+ you should cut some slack.

He has 52 and is also playing bullet regularly from the look of it. I just checked and the game started on May 2nd he lost his queen 3 weeks ago. Kind of funny when put into that perspective.
Yeah I hate those people OP
I am just sorry about people who really go online every third day and therefore are doing everything right.
